    I called to speak to their finance department in regards to the multiple charges on a closed account. The manager, ******; ended up speaking to me. He was very unprofessional. My son has has gone into the building to close the account and is now out of the state getting charged for an account he does not want and has tried to close. No time did they give him what he needed to close it- a piece of paper to sign. Which now will effect him getting charged another month. ******** choices during this phone call were horrible. There were threats made of suing my son if he keeps transactions from processing through our bank. He said the company would take my son to court if he tries to stop them from taking money from his account. He doesn't care about anything but getting pictures next to ***************** posted on the web and as much money out of your pockets as he can as a manager. I would leave this to the local authorities but it's a TR FITNESS issue. If I were TR FITNESS, I'd be letting go of their manager today. He has become a legal liability, his actions have been expressed to the public, and it will effect business.
