    Overcharged.rates were just called randomly by the day.
    Heavy construction work going on. First night, 111. Nightv#2 100. #3
    went through ********* charged an extra 5.oo handling charge. No room
    service, towels, etc. First night room above us sounded like forced full
    hours they were dropping bowling balls and kids crying. Reported it as
    it was unbearably loud. We did this 6 times. They said they were
    calling and going up to the room to settle them down. The next day same
    thing. Day #3 they moved us but only due to the fact the room was
    rented for a higher price to someone else because we went then through
    *********. We are now being told we can't check back in tomorrow
    because the room has been rented out and they are full. So,the last two
    nights we paid cash. Friday night, 85.00 no tax, no fee. Saturday night
    90.00 no tax or fee. Since 9 am this morning Saturday July 30th there
    has been HEAVY construction going on. All day. It is now 7:15 pm. We
    would have left to avoid it however it has been raining heavy all day.
    This is tourist season and the weekend, but construction?? We aren't
    talking about hammering, it is beyond loud. The office doors have been
    locked all day. Advertised pool. There is no pool. Full breakfast
    consist of stale continental breakfast that does not start until 7:30
    am. We simply want our money back for the first night as well as
    tonight. And certainly do not want anyone to have to go through this
    hell again. The availability here limited us to this place. We came
    here to relocate.
