    Complaint: 22071755

I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

I have not received a refund. I spoke with my card provider and there is no refund showing between July 15, 2024 through today from the property. All it shows is the $170 and some change from July 3, 2024 from our stay at the property.

I have called the property several times leaving my name and number with one of the managers. **************** believe is here name . She works evenings.

I would like to know when the refund was issued?

I was compensated the room after i had mentioned to ******* that i was going to book another night but it was gling to be $200 something for July 4 through my booking.com. She daid i can comp a night for you. I told her that would be great.

    Sincerely,

    *******************************

ith the office to see if the chemicals would kill the bacteria and they weren&#**;t sure. The manager did comp us for a night. I went to the front desk so I could get this corrected but we were then told they were moving us without our agreement. We packed up and did what we needed to do to move and when we went down to see the manager who would comp us they told us we weren&#**;t going to move. So we put our stuff back. The breakfast never had enough waffle mix for waffles. We paid a good amount of money, left with injuries, confusion and frustration. I called the hotel again and the manager that came the day I made the first complaint 2 times, and I have been waiting for the bigger manager to call me back as promised.

I sent a message to you on 6-29-2024 about Angel Inn IMAX in ******* taking $1122.38 illegally.  Today 6-30-2024 they have again taken $1122.38 out of our account.  When called they just tell me the general manager isn't there and we will have to wait.  My husband and I are both in our 70's and feel like we are being scammed by this motel.

We had a system error, at this time a refund has been issued for $1122.38
