      They rip off hotels who house their clients. It's been 7 months and they have not paid their bill. They are giving excuses, cheating company. Hotels in Branson be careful about dealing with these people.

      Best company in Branson! Great prices and they know all the best shows and attractions! I have used them several times now. Better than all other companies and better service than going directly to the box office! Best pricing too!

      My wife and I went to Branson for a special occasion. It was our anniversary of 27 years. We have been several times and know our way around town. Stay in the Strip seemed to have a pretty good deal so we decided to give them a try. Very knowledgeable and made things very easy. We went straight to the hotel upon arrival in town and our show tickets were all waiting for us at the box office: they also gave coupons for dining and recommended a special place for us to celebrate. We will definitely use them again. Pleased with the pricing and service.

      Great company! Friendly people and they are down to earth. They went out of their way to help us with finding exactly what would be the best fit for us. Service isn’t much you find much these days but this company sure knows how to deliver it!

      Stayed at the Stone Castle through “Stay On The Strip” travel agency. We came to see the “Esther” Show but found out after we got there that the week we were there was the only week of the year that the show was taking a break ): With that said we had to juggle the shows we attended for the rest of the week but Chris from “Stay On The Strip” went out of his way to make sure our week was enjoyable. Accommodations were adequate with a full breakfast each morning.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY. COMPLETE RIP OFF. I thought I was getting a great discount but didn’t at all. The hotel was crappy and I checked the price and I paid for price for it.
      Poor communication. And didn’t give what was promised. I was contacted by a “manager” who did not speak like one at all and she did not seem to care at all. I’ve had to reach out to this company so many times because they never initiated anything. I was told I would receive a credit for future stay and nothing.

We have passed along information to the hotel so that they can always make necessary changes. We have also reached out several times via phone and email with no response. We have issued a credit to use at many different locations. We have also sent instructions on how to book those.       We came into town for a baseball tournament and this company went out of their way to recommend things that everyone would enjoy. They made the whole process easy, even after we called several times to ask questions, and they were very patient with us. We didn’t have much time and they made everything so easy with digital confirmations. 10 out of 10 for service

      I was promised a refund of $133.00 because my friend couldn't not make the presentation at the hotel because of being rushed to the hospital that morning. I called several times to stay on the Strip and finally spoke with a representative that told me I would receive my refund on 7 to 10 business day. I have not received my money Every time I call No one answer. Just want my money and don't want to reschedule.

      ******************************* and ************************* booked a discounted vacation package which included hotel and show tickets for attending a sales presentation with a resort in *******, **. Call records indicate ******** was given a pre-arrival confirmation call the day before arrival, in which ******* went over all information regarding her trip. One of the requirements for attending the presentation was that both her and her fianc were required to attend. During her trip the resort notified Stay on the Strip that she came alone and her fianc was not with her on the trip. After speaking with a rep ******** stated that she came alone and her fianc stayed in ********, stating he went to the hospital and she went to ******* that morning. The room was covered in the package price, even though her fianc didnt come with her. Through email communications Stay on the Strip let ******** know that she could reschedule the trip at no additional cost when her fianc is able to come with her.
