    I cancelled my membership with Executive Career Upgrades, and Table Rock Investments was sent the request to stop my billing by the CEO of Executive Career Upgrades in June 2024. As of October 2024, despite repeated attempts to stop billing, I am still being billed $226 a month for services I never received. Table Rock refuses to answer the CEO or myself to stop billing. I want billing ceased immediately.

    In viewing the account, there has been no contact from customer via written or verbal methods.  The customer has not requested the removal of recurring payments, a refund, nor provided information showing a cancellation by the provider Executive Career Upgrades.  Table Rock Investments is a loan provider and is unable to cancel the services.  The vendor, Executive Career Upgrades, was paid in full at the inception of the loan; any cancellation of services is handled through the vendor who provided the services.  In addition, any refund would be directed from said vendor.  Effective immediately, Table Rock Investments will remove the recurring payment request.  However, this does not remove the legal obligation to repay the loan per loan documents.

    This company has no problem withdrawing $200 a month from my checking account.Thats about the only consistent thing they have going. I missed one meeting due to an emergency so I reached out to reschedule a meeting. No call back. I texted and the message was read but nobody every got back to me. I tried to get a hold of another one of my advisors and sure enough no answer They promise to help build business credit and they helped me get my footing but then completely disappeared. Its been a couple of months since Ive spoken to anyone at the company so I would like to cancel my services with them.
