    Its nothing like described on web site room was dirty had no towels toilet was lose it was ***** when you set on it the pool ** dirty and handle railyat bottom was all ***** and staff reported when we ask about towels they said my know when we would be able to get Any ** thrrr was only 3 staff for the whole place to say ******** ask for a refund and was denied I found anyplace my granddaughters was so disappointed when they seen the pool area

    I appreciate your review. I believe I was sitting at table in Breakfast room when you came in and said no towels at pool. I called and one of my staff went down and took a picture and there was over 50 towels at the pool on the rack. And It was a busy holiday season and we are understaffed to say the least. we have been trying to fulfill other peoples vacations and holiday gatherings even as we are understaffed and not with our own families. When we have this many families onsite it does take a wear on pool we do refresh it 3X a day . I am truly sorry we did not meet your expectations we had probably ***** other reviews about pool 8 and above. You had paid a discounted price and your reservation was a non refundable prepaid so I do apologize we did offer to upgrade you. which you declined. We do hope you give us another chance to meet your expectations better
