I bought a pair of glasses 6 months ago and I have been going back to them every month since. The arm sticks out too far and the lens aren't centered. I requested a refund but thy told me they could go back 3 month.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/07/2024

This patient came in to the office last week, 1/30/2024, asking for a refund of his order from June of 2023.  Our policy is that we can refund within 90 days of the exam/eyewear purchase date.  We told the patient that we will try to get a refund from the lab, even though we are outside of the time frame, and see if they allow it.  We informed the patient that IF the lab allows us to refund his order, we will in turn, refund him.  We told him that this process can take up to 2 months and we will notify him once we know.   If the lab declines our refund request, we can offer to exchange the frame patient currently has with a new one of the same make/model and we can do a lens warranty to get another set of lenses, at no cost to him, to see if that resolves his fitting complaints. This cannot be done until we find out if the lab will be issuing a refund on his order.
