    They are billing me for extra and they say there has been a mistake. On the statement they sent me has $74.50 but where they printed out the statement they print my check number and they put $0 that I paid to them. I paid $240.60 extra to them.

    I want to make sure how they arrived at this amount. They say they discounted it but they are not showing my payment of $240.60, check number 2183. I had VSP insurance too.

    They also don't show a payment that I made with a debit card of $132 on 10/22/23

    The patient has been contacted and the statement and charges were discussed.  A statement in a different format with additional information is being mailed to the patient.

    The patient has been mailed an itemized receipt with the payment made by her debit card for $132 highlighted.  The payment was received on 10/26/23.
