    I cannot get in touch with any staff member at Branson Shores Resort to communicate about a refund. They do not answer the phone nor have they replied to my letter.

    We had a family reunion planned for June of 2022 that ended up being cancelled at 81 days prior to our stay. We currently have a credit of $1,640.39 that I really don’t think we will ever use as we live in California and don’t travel to Missouri. I am trying to get the resort to call me back after leaving voicemails and sending a letter to the owner to discuss a refund of my deposit money.

    Branson Shores policy is:
    Down payment is fully refundable for up to 90 days prior to the stay.  If cancelled after the 90 day point; guest will receive 100% credit for a future stay.
    This guest cancelled after the 90-day point and was issued 100% credit as stated in our policy. Guest was fine with that at the time. One year later they changed their mind and expect us to refund their money.  Branson Shores Resort has done nothing wrong.
    I am sending under separate email my correspondence with the guest last year.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You refunded the deposit money of my cousin ***** ******** who cancelled out of our family reunion at the same time.  Why was I not refunded as well?  Our circumstances with cancellation were the same.
