      We received RCI points through the Lodges of Indian Point Resort (**************************) in ******* Mo. in 2018. We received an email from them stating that on April 1, 2022 our membership was transferred to Park at ********** in *******. It stated if we had any questions regarding the transfer to speak to Des ****** and gave her phone number. It was signed by the Director of Finance and Operations at ************************** ***** ******. Nothing changed after email until the end of last year Dec. 2024. When I tried to pay my *** fees they said the place that basically sponsored our points was no longer in business. I have tried many times to get a hold of Des ******* I have emailed, left numerous voicemails. I was told she was on vacation or not in the office. ******* ******* called me back eventually and was supposed to reach out to her and research it. I heard nothing for weeks. I left her and the main number a message again. She called today. She argued with me, and said basically my email didnt happen. When I once again asked to speak to Des ****** she said she would tell me the same thing. Since it never happened that was why she wouldnt return my call. Then she hung up on me. We spent $5000 originally for these points with RCI through The Lodge at Indian Pointe. We were told it was good for life and we could even leave it to our son. Now suddenly they are out of business and nobody wants to honor the contract.

      Lodges of Indian Point Resort did not transfer their members to ******************  We have no affiliation with Lodges of Indian Point and their letter was sent out in error. While we emphasize with your situation, your complaint is with them and not Foxborough.
