  Amazing team of people at Springfield roof co! Had a major hail claim on the roof and guttering of my home and detached garage in Branson. With this being the first time having any major claim, they were so informative and helpful to guide me through the process. They were prompt and informative and transparent! Had such a peace of mind working with this company knowing they uphold christian values. (******) The owner of the company made sure to come and visit the job site multiple times to ensure quality and clarity. If you value honest, Godly, hard working people this is the roofing company you should hire. Thankful to know there are still local companies that do care about the communities they serve! They also give away free roofs to a veterans in need, which was also another reason I gave them a call! 100% satisfied customer here and will use them again if any guttering or roofing needs arise!

  I do not recommend the Springfield Branson Roofing Company. I give 0 stars, it made me leave at least 1 star. It has been a horrible experience and I don't wish this upon anyone. ****** and ***** definitely are salesman and overpromise on what they can do. My elderly father and I were told they thought could get a new outbuilding and of course, that did not happen. And this was promised after looking over our insurance adjustment paper.......So they just said what they needed to so they could get us to sign the contract. After we signed the contract, they were very concerned about getting the money before any work was completed or even them starting any work. That was my first red flag. Then I did sign over the check once they started the work. We made a change for the color of guttering, which I had to call and correct. I had to micromanage everything, even after saying I was not happy. I was told they had wonderful cleanup and that wasn't true. I got a nail in my foot and had to go get a tetanus shot. Also, I had to cleanup stuff from all of the subcontractors, plastic wrapping, more nails, lumber left in the barn. Also, one of the workers backed into my car and that was a shitshow dealing with the owner. He doesn't know how to accomodate people when the company makes a mistake. Also, when it came to getting the bill it was wrong. I wonder how many people they take advantage of that just pay whatever they say. We had some things I didn't want done and they were asking for the money like it had been done. They did correct it after i brought it to their attention. I am a realtor and met them at a realtor networking event. I thought my experience would be better, but it wasn't. I won't do business with this company ever again an do yourself a favor and choose a different business. They have a couple of nice people I dealt with and roof is the only thing that I am satisfied at this moment with.

We take all customer feedback very seriously, and we are disappointed to hear about the challenges you faced.Our goal is always to provide honest assessments and quality workmanship, and we regret if there was any miscommunication regarding the outbuilding. We never intend to overpromise, and we always aim to work within the scope of what insurance allows. Even though your outbuilding limits were unusually low, we paid out more for the work we did to it than the insurance paid and did not charge you the difference. Even still, I have made the offer to look at the project again with you and give you a reimbursement if that is what is needed. Regarding payment concerns, we follow standard industry practices to ensure projects are funded appropriately before work begins, but we understand that this can sometimes be a point of frustration. As for the cleanup, we deeply regret that it did not meet the high standards we strive for, and we have already replaced workers and reinforced training with our crews to prevent similar situations in the future.We were especially sad about the accident with your vehicle and unfortunately ran into some complications while trying to provide you a rental vehicle while we paid for yours to be repaired. Fortunately **** did secure us a rental vehicle and got you back on the road after frustrations with the other two options presented. We take responsibility for our mistakes and aim to handle them professionally, though we understand that the process may not have felt smooth for you.We are glad to hear you are satisfied with your roof. I hope that the hiccups in the process of getting you to a quality product will fade with time and you will be able to rest in the confidence that your home is protected with a better shingle, rated for high impact and high wind, and installed to industry standards with compliance to international building codes.   The crews of Branson Roofing Company went above and beyond to make sure our hail-damaged roof was correctly and efficiently replaced. During the replacement process, a freak thunderstorm hit our neighborhood and was a serious threat to the roofing crew. Before coming down off of the roof in the storm, they did what they could to cover the exposed bare plywood and managed to prevent major damage. There was some water that dripped down on the kitchen and dining room ceiling, staining it. After that dried, a BRCo painting crew arrived and did a professional job repainting the ceiling. All of the new guttering, downspouts, garage door trim and other metal was installed by knowledgable and professional craftsmen, and looks amazing with the new roof. We only experienced high quality treatment from everyone who planned, assisted, and labored for us. We highly recommend Branson Roof Company to all those in need of a beautiful new roof that comes with great care and follow-up. Many thanks to ********************, *****, *********, and *****.

  I had roof and gutters replaced and, after a couple complications, they did an excellent job. This was during the 100+ days. They had tarps spread to catch most of the tear-off and cleaned up everything very well. Everyone was really nice and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

  Oh what to say about this company. They are the BEST!! We all know the words 'good customer service' is a thing from the past. Not with Branson Roofing. They show up and do what they say. Unheard of right.
  Well, let me tell you not with these guys.
  Eddie worked with us through major issues with our insurance company. They lost our claim. He checked in weekly for 2 months. Made sure to schedule the work on a day I was off to be home with my fur babies.
  The roofing crew were so polite and cleaned up like Champs.
  Then after they all left they sent ****** out to do a final cleanup. Oh Steven, I hope all the dog slobber washed off. You know what they say. Dogs and kids know who you truly are.
  OH! I almost forgot our roof looks great.
  If you're in need of roof repair you'd be crazy not to call these guys. They truly still believe that good customer service and doing the job right is the best way to be successful. Thanks Branson Roofing Co. You guys are Rock Stars??????????
