    We have leased a climate controlled storage unit to keep our valuables protected from extreme heat. The building our unit is in has not had working AC for over 5 weeks. We have called repeatedly to alert them of this issue. We are never called back or contacted. When we call in the next time, we are informed they have closed our ticket and the issue has been resolved. There still is not AC in the building and temps are well over 100 degrees. We STILL cannot get thru to anyone on site and have no idea how to resolve the issue. We are now forced to hire a moving company to move our items and have no idea if any of the delicate items stored have been ruined. We paid extra and specifically rented a climate controlled unit knowing our items could not withstand extreme heat. This is bait and switch, false advertising and non performance.

    Hi. We were aware of an issue with the ** and immediately made strides to repair. Obviously when an issue happens, it occurs randomly and while it is frustrating from a tenant perspective, we are at the whim of assessing the issue and then getting a vendor out. With what was thought of as just a battery issue with the thermostats turned into a system issue. We contracted a certified HV** company who came and fixed the issue two weeks ago. I will attach their invoice from 6/28 as proof of service. They told us, just like at your house, that if there is an extreme heat wave, the ** does its best to catch up. He confirmed its fully functioning but due to the building structure, may be more a little more hot just because the heat index is 105 outside. We have spoken with this tenant multiple times before and after it was resolved to explain this to them. We greatly apologize if this is not sufficient for their needs but hope they would reconsider to stay.
