      On 3/15/2019 I contacted the Resort Termination Goup at ************. I spoke with ***********************, ************* RTG ) advertised, and verbably told me that if they could not get out of my contract, I would have to pay anything and any monies I gave them would be returned. This company advertised on Radio, which I learn about them and when I calle I told then this is NOT a time share, no Deed involved. This is a ************* a pay monthly maintenance . They said to me that they could help and I was told I would get my money bck if they could not help. To be brief, I contacted them quite often. Each time they said only that they were working on it. I was assigned a law firm that would handle it. After over a year, I received notification that they could not help and they were quiting the case/ When I called and asked for my money back they reponded that they were getting a new law firm for me. I never got up dates from the new law firm and when I called them they said they would get back to me, which they did not. After another year and a half, if called RTG and again asked for my money back and I was to that they do not give money back. I told them that I would seek help legally to get my $3000 back, I was told " I don't care" and hung up. I'll gladly come in and give a more detained report, I have notes of dates, time I called what was said. And If I am need to come into a court and testify I WILL !

      ** February 2020, RTG reached out to me regarding termination of my timeshare. I was told by their representative, ************************* that RTG could accomplish this in ***** months. I paid $3500 to RTG and an additional $1200 to associated law firm of *************************************, after being assured that this was money back guaranteed. After a year of having heard nothing, I began calling . I called every few months, documenting my conversation with ******. Still nothing happened. The law firm never communicated with me. Now, 3 years later RTG will not answer my calls and *********************************** will not call back. I filed a complaint with with the Attorney General of ** who said they will get back to me, but never did. I am so frustrated. I know there must be some kind of laws against this or some regulatory agency that can address this issue.

      Case Number ********** My husband and I paid them over $5,000 in December 2019 to terminate a timeshare. We first contacted them in January 2,2020 to see how things were going with the H33353236333633**3438H and spoke with someone named ******. We were told to provide a spinnaker contract and a power of attorney. We were in conflict on whether or not we would be able to use out timeshare. My husband decided to wait to speak with the attorney. In April we were told by Resort Termination Group it would take 4-6 months to terminate our timeshare. I&#**;m still being charged fees for the service and it has been over two years. I last wrote to them in July 2022 but have not heard back from anyone.

      I hired this company to help get me out of my timeshare. I paid them $3500 almost 3 years ago and they still have not done what I paid them for. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times and left messages and they never return my calls. They said they had everything they needed to do the job yet they haven't.
