These people are scammers. I was promised by these people that they could sell my time share weeks and if they couldn't sell them in 180 days then I would get my money back. I tried calling them multiple times after the 180 days and no response and sent multiple emails without a response. They never called back or emailed me. I just finally spoke with a lady who said that because I didn't call within 10 days after the 180 days then I wouldn't get my money. I gave them $1999.00. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CON PEOPLE!! I don't understand how business can do this to people. These people make me so sick. I understand they are just "doing their job" but if that was them I guarantee they would be feeling the same way. I just want my money back and move on.

Absolutely horrible. We have been trying to nullify our contract, due to the fact that the contract is fraudulent and based upon lies. We have tried reaching out to Capital, but they want to extort ** for $10,000 just to get out of the contract. I am now experiencing a financial hardship that I was not before purchasing this timeshare. I was pressured into this agreement because their sales representatives basically held me, hostage. I was forced to either make the purchase or stay in their miserable presentation until they had worn me down enough. I have health issues and am experiencing a lot of medical financial responsibility that is taking a toll on me. This burden has been crushing. I am very tired and I do not want my children to have to deal with this. If you are considering doing any business with this company, BE CAREFUL.
