We missed the boat. The *** took us to the wrong dock. The guy at the dock confirmed we were at the right place. Idiot! No one was there so I called again. I confirmed what I dreaded. Oh well. They were so ugly about it and greedy. They didnt take into consideration that *** was blind and it took me 1/2 hour to get him down the ramp. I am disputing it with my credit card company. They want to charge me a late fee on top of keeping my money. They said it was in my contract. Never saw a contract. I called the Branson tourist company and she told me they were notorious for trying to cheat people out of money. I told them I am never spending another ***** in Branson again. Last time.

I let reservations know that I required a vegetarian meal that was gluten free weeks ago, and serving management first claimed that I had not told anyone about the accommodations I needed, then they claimed the box office there was at fault, and they continued to s**** up in a major fashion. All I got was string beans and an undercooked baked potato to eat for the main course, and I didn't get to eat until everyone else was well finished eating, because someone in the kitchen put steak on my plate, regardless of my noted dietary issues, and they had to remake everything (I'm allergic to meat products due to AGS, and I have Celiacs Disease). My husband and I didn't get to eat untill it was show time. Eating so quickly at the end of the dinner cruise, of course, had us running to use the facilities before we left, and I was rushed out of the women's restroom by a man who said I must vacate the bathroom. My husband and I are both handicapped, had to wait on lines to use the restroom, elevator, etc, and we were then rushed off the ship after paying top dollar for captain's ***** tickets ($95 a ticket), where I certainly didn't get a captain's ***** meal or treatment. Having a man come into the women's room to rush me out was just icing on the cake of poor customer service!
