On 11/7/24 I placed an order over the phone with Branson.com for 2 tickets to the Stampede, I paid with my debit card totaling $******. Before purchasing the tickets I discussed with the the order taker going to this show on either Friday or Saturday 11/8 and 11/9. I attempted pairing this purchase with with some other shows they were offering, but didn't find any of *********** the end of the call I thought I had purchased these tickets for Sat, 11/9 at 8pm. I did receive a confirmation email for the purchase but didn't catch at the time the show date listed was Friday 11/8 not 11/9 which was my intention. On 11/9 in the afternoon I picked up the voucher and saw the date listed was 11/8 which was yesterday. I noted this to the person at the counter and after some conversation I was given a new set of tickets for Sat 11/9 at 8pm. I thought the matter was solved.About 3pm on 11/9 I received a call from the company, ******, stating she was cancelling the new tickets she gave me becasue she listened to a play back of my ordering call and that I choose Friday, not Sat. And that if I used the new tickets she would be charging me another ****** as my unused tickets were considered a no show and I would be charged now for both sets. I asked her why she gave me new tickets if she had to check phone records she said she was giving the benefit of the doubt. I also asked why wasn't I given a courtesy call when it was close to show time and I hadn't picked up my tickets yet she didn't have an explanation. Their business closes at 9pm so there was time to do so if they had tried. I am now out ****** and was not able to see my show. I have called the company 3 times this week and left multiple messages for the manager and no one has returned my calls. This company gives many free show tickets each day and discounted accomodations, I am not sure how a possible mixup such as this couldn't have been made right.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution.

They did not give me a refund but they did give me a gift card to use at their business for the amount of my loss and a dinner gift certificate so I am satisfied with this offer.

    Sincerely,

    ****** ******

In the last week of April 2022 we went to Branson.com office to pick up our tickets for the Queen ********* dinner cruise. The service lady ****** long hair, tall) asked us if we had made reservations anywhere yet to stay and we hadn't so she started offering us a deal that included a card for $500 Savings Credits from Privileges Redemption Center. She gave me the idea that it would cover $500 worth of travel expenses (hotel, car, airfare...). So we paid around $450 for our hotel room (was poor lodging) and 2 shows (which we weren't planning to do otherwise) thinking we would recover the cost with future travel with that Redemption card. I tried using the card for the first time today and found that all that card does is give a small discount on travel. Ex $10 off a $97 hotel. FALSE ADVERTISING HERE!! I don't want anyone else to get ripped off with this false information.
