    They have a lot of mold in these apartments and they are more worried about a swimming pool and flowers in the garden than about mold out of my apartment,I would like for them to fix my apartment and get the mold out of my apartment.

    Maintenance came in this morning and caulked the area with mold but did not clean out the mold. They also have roaches, no hot water at night, a pool that has been green for a year, and electrical shortages.

    We went in and inspected her unit, there was mildew that was cleaned. Also what she said was mold was a hole in the caulking around her tub. We cleaned and re caulked. We are going back on 9/19/2024 to re inspect to ensure all is taken care of.

    The apartment complex charged me a fifty dollar late fee for *** rent when I was never late. I contacted the office and they have been telling me every day for the last month that it will get fixed and it has not been fixed yet and it is affecting how I look as a *****, making it look like i'm not paying my stuff. I need the $50 fee removed off of my account before I contact the US. Attorney general.

    We sent up communication to corporate office to get it refunded. We apologize for that wait, we have been down a manager so things have been pushed back like crazy, we are waiting for them to take it off.

    There are 4 apartments in my building that are contaminated with mold. I didn't know that it was completely missing the ceiling. It is so bad it has spread out to other apartments. They moved me in to the apartment that has mold in the walls, I got bit by spiders and they are in my apartment, underneath my sink there is a leak and many other issues. They never show up to fix any of this.

    I would like to get out of the lease.
