    We joined several years ago and after numerous quarterly dues have been deducted from our designated bank account we have received zero value from this travel club membership.Several searches for our planned travel destinations have turned up no results, when hotels were found they were much more expensive than other sites, fact bookings were non-cancellable was a deterrent for us as elderly travellers whose plans sometimes have to shift based on health, and we travel with our dog and could not filter search for pet-friendly accommodations. We always have had to search ourselves to fit our needs and have received no value from this super expensive membership. It truly was high-pressure sales, empty promises, and false advertising...not sure how they are still allowed to operate with so many negative reviews expressing such poor member experiences that get brushed off in Excursions responses to any complaints.

According to our records, your membership began in 2021, and there have been multiple successful bookings made since that time - including a request for pet-friendly accommodations, which was booked in 2022. Excursions does offer refundable lodging options. We recommend contacting our reservations department directly to ensure you're presented with the best options, including those with flexible cancellation policies-something especially important for travelers with changing health needs. We do not see that you have contacted Excursions regarding any concerns with your membership. We truly wish we had been given the opportunity to assist sooner, and we would still be more than happy to help now. Our goal is always to provide value and support to our members, and we welcome the chance to clear up any misunderstandings.     We have had this membership for several years. They sold us on the ability to make reservations through the website with a discount. When I complained they stated that I should call the office and they can make reservations. I've tried that (and they are only open 8-5) and was not sucessful. Employees are not knowledgeable. The discounts on hotels have not been cheaper, I can get them on priceline free at the same price. I have only booked one cruise and the expericence was poor and did could have reserved it cheaper through another agency. Called several times after purchase and complained to *****. He did not resolve any of the issue. They require you to pay dues each qtr. They offer you to cancel it while you are not using but when you decide to use it you have to pay back all the ones you missed. Very misleading and would like my refund.

Regarding the cruise, our records indicate it was canceled at your request three days before departure in 2023. We also do not show any contact with our ********************* regarding concerns. Please note, if your membership was suspended and later reactivated, you are not responsible for dues that would have processed during the suspension period.     We received discount tickets for a 60 minute presentation. We went in for the presentation and we felt insulted twice because we own timeshares. We listened to the presentation, and then shocked that they wanted $20,000 for membership in their vacation club and then ****** to buy ours and use their vacation package. We were understandably shocked, and the salesman who came in was insulted and got mad at us and walked out of the room. Definitely would not recommend. We were told we would get huge discounts on tickets if we sat through this presentation and at the end of the presentation when the salesman walked out, he said that we didnt finish the presentation. Not sure what that means but definitely unethical people to work with.

    These people tell you nothing but lies and throughout the presentation. They tell you they are not going to try to sell you anything and then one of them gets you alone and the next thing you know they have you signing papers that are not well explained. They dont tell you you have three days to change your mind after you read through them. The two men I dealt with gave me their phone numbers and Ive called and Ive texted and they dont respond to anything. Ive checked prices for vacations and they are no cheaper than anywhere else as we were told they would be a lot cheaper. This company is a scam to get needs to be shut down.

    tHIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! ** HAVE NEVER UTILIZED THIS PROGRAM WE BOUGHT BECAUSE WE HAVE TRIED OVER ADN OVER AGAIN TO BOOK ROOMS, LODGING, AIRFAIR ETC AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO SEE AN APPRECIABLE SAVINGS AND HAVE ALWAYS ENCOUNTERED "UNAVAILABLE" FOR THE TIME PERIOD REQUESTED. tHIS IS A SCHEME AND A FRAUD AND ALL PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY SHOULD BE FORWARNED TO NOT PAY YOUR PRECIOUS RETIREMENT MONEY FOR THIS RIP OFF

    I found it very entertaining. It is interesting reading the reviews and seeing the variations of presentations. We were told they werent rated high.by the BBB because they are run by the Mob and use extortion methods to get a high rating. There were also some facts stated about insulin drugs that were false. (Why that was mentioned isnt clear). Also our sales rep inserted God numerous times saying this is what God wants us to do. But, we expected what we experienced . They have a job to do and use a variety of methods to try to get you to buy. It was 90 minutes of entertainment of BS. But I have no regrets attending. We had a great time in ******* on their dime.

    We purchased a travel package from Excursions in *******, **. We paid them to get cut rate on our travel plans and paid them $3,500 approximately. We used their services and found that it wasn't cheap and wasn't as they explained it. We got charged more than the resort would have charged us. The resort price was $90 cheaper than what Excursions was charging us. They wanted an additional $90 for their services. They were pretty slick.

    This company is a total rip off! They charge an outrageous fee to join because they can, reportedly, save you so much money if you enjoy travel and then, when you actually start to use the "benefits", you find that you can get better pricing going through other sites. They LIE, LIE, LIE!!! I'm just surprised that they are allowed to continue to do business since, apparently, they have been taking people for a ride for YEARS! I just wish we had done our due diligence and researched them more thoroughly before getting ripped off ourselves.
