    Purchased my first watch from these folks the other week and I've been incredibly happy with the piece and the entire transaction. ***** was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive, and when there was just a very minor alignment issue they fixed it immediately. Had it fixed and back to me with the same week, even with holiday shipping craziness. The watch was otherwise exactly as described, and in superb shape. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality watch.

    Negative ************ would be the rations Id give and thats being kind. **** from watch chest is the most unprofessional person Ive ever come across in my whole 47 years on this great earth. Hes rude hes nasty and has no clue about the watch business at all. Tried telling me rolex watches without warranty cards are worth same as ones with warranty cardsplus he wants top money for his watches and wants to out and out steal your watches I mean its almost comical.typical used car dealership tactics plus being a nasty and rude he must have been bullied as a kid.
