    Had 3 egg retrievals at KindBody Fertility. Frontenac Anesthesia/**************** did the anesthesia for my 3 procedures. Of the 3 procedures my last one, the owner, *** ****** is claiming she was not paid. I was billed once for $450 and had communicated with her in June, she said she had problems with her ******, but a lady named ***** contacted me and said my bill was wrong insurance had paid. In late July-August I received another bill for $100 when I emailed *** to inquire what it was for she said that **** was incorrect I owed her $450 and her ****** had never gotten a response from me, although they had, I have proof). Ive contacted my insurance multiple times over it and theyve given me info for *** to contact them if she had trouble with their payment. *** quit responding to emails and phone calls. I received a collections letter, which prompted me to email her again and call my insurance again. My insurance tried to call 3 different business numbers and got no answers. I tried to call the cell number for *** with my insurance on the phone, no answer. I have spoken to a handful of other women in a ************* ******** group and there seems to be many problems with this lady/company. Ive made complaints to Kindbody as well and I know others have also. Im not sure how someone can turn a bill in to collections when they cant bother to be contacted to fix the billing issue and work out the payment issue with insurance, when Id tried to do all the work for her, yet she just continues to demand money, then ignore every other time Ive tried to communicate.

    She has not paid her bills and went to collections. We warned her many times and nicely letting her know about the situation. We have not gotten any calls or emails from the Patient. We called her yesterday and we will also call today to try to rectify the issue.
