      I had taken my 2009 ******** in for repair to Car X. I told **** the truck was leaking gas, you had to pump to start truck. I didn&#**;t need diagnostic service. My mechanic *** said if truck is covered under warranty, let Car X fix truck. Got a call back from **** stated fuel pump needs replacing, and they would charge $420 up front for labor. I, Deliaphne ******, okayed to get started working on truck. **** called me back stated Carshield will not cover service. Sent picture of parts. As soon as I get home the truck wouldn&#**;t start, I had to have truck towed back to shop $14.00. **** stated it was a defective part installed. Again I got home the next day to go to work, the truck stopped again. As I was about to call tow truck, the truck started up, I took truck back to ****, this is the 2nd time brining the truck back. Again **** said it&#**;s a defective part. Replace part (3rd time). The light came on (check engine). **** stated he can&#**;t tell me what&#**;s wrong but suggested it may be the starter, then proceeded to tell me when I showed him the test code, he said it&#**;s the gas cap. After 50 miles, I took it over to ******** and did a test. He said bring truck back. By this time, I was frustrated with someone guessing what&#**;s wrong with the truck. Three tries and my truck is not fixed and I&#**;m out of $1,433.20. I took truck to ******** dealership. They did a diagnostic check - free of charge. I told them I had taken truck to Car X and Car X didn&#**;t fix truck. Truck still stops and starts, ask if why next fuel pump. **** called me back and stated the part is defective. **** called Carshield, gave me a claim number ******* and fixed truck. I had to pay ******** dealership $731.26 out of pocket again. It shouldn&#**;t have taken 4 times to repair truck. I even asked to speak with the manager ***** at Car X. (never call back) I requested 2 times for him to call me back. This is what lead me to write this letter, so no one else has to go through what I had to. Out of pocket $1,433.81 with Car X, $731.26 with ******** dealership, toll $1,433,81, 2 days pay missed $200. Please reply back to me. If I don&#**;t hear back, I will move forward with small claims court.

      I took my car to Autozone for an engine warning light. Their diagnostics showed the thermostat not working. **** stated they could fix the car. During the drive to the shop the car heater went out. **** was told of the issue, and I was informed they would perform their own diagnostic, starting with the coolant flush and give me a call to discuss my issues found. Carx called and informed me the thermostat needed to be replaced. I informed them again about the warranty and was told the warranty company is closed until Monday. I gave permission to complete the repairs. I was told by the front desk clerk, if I needed any information from Carx, for dealing with the warranty company let them know.When I spoke with the warranty company they informed me, the receipt showed no diagnosis of the problem, prior to work being performed, no problem other than the engine warning light, diagnostic accomplished by Autozone. Receipt said the customer has no issues prior to code thrown. Nothing said about heat nor a diagnosis of a thermostat problem. The thermostat should not have been replaced and theyre not refunding the money.29 ***** asked warranty company to call Carx and get the information corrected. They said no, they dont do that but, would consider the information from Carx, if they could provide it directly. 29 ***** informed **** of the issues with the receipt and he appeared annoyed I was calling. I asked him to call the warranty company and inform them of the true story. After verbally beating me up for being months away from the original repair, he said he would call, when he got around to it. He was busy and the only person that could call. 30 ***** called Carx, **************** stated, he was busy and would call when he could and give me a call. I called 5 Jan, got the same response. On 8 ***** asked **** for his last name, one hour later he calls stating he called but they hung up on him and he has no time for that. **** said you call and tell them to call him.

                  I am unable to find an invoice for ******************** when doing a global search of our locations.   Also, I see that ******************** address is in ************* we do not own any Car x locations located in ***************   If ******************** could please specify which location it is that he had service I can see if we are able to assist with this matter.

      The customer is requesting we alter our invoice with information that is not factual to what was stated when the vehicle was originally checked in. The vehicle was diagnosed at Autozone prior to arrival at our location. The diagnostic service that we would have provided was declined but the customer during their visit. The customer did not contact the shop with this situation until 66 days after the repair was completed. The customer authorized all repairs at the time of the visit and all work was performed properly. There is no basis for a refund or any further actions based on our investigation. Car-X Tire & Auto considers this case closed.

      I expected nothing less from this company. I never turned down anything from them. I f they are going to actually blatantly lie about the fact they told me they were going to do their own inspection of the vehicle, starting with the flushing of the radiator, I really dont know what to say. There is no way for me to prove anything unless they kept the security cameras for that long. The reason it took ********************************************************************** until that date. The company is blatantly making false claims about the situation. I dont know how to respond to fictitious allegations like these.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       statement is a fabrication of the facts. I never denied or rejected anything from anyone. I was told they would inspect the vehicle after accomplishing a flush of my radiator. I received a call from them telling me they confirmed it was the thermostat and that they tried calling my warranty company and they were closed. I told them to proceed with the repair and I would contact my warranty company when I returned home on Monday.  I knew they would say something off, but to say I refused the inspection from them is just not true.
