    I hired them to work on my lawn last year. I called and in 3 days a supervisor came to my home. He said it is nothing I can do for this now, the rep put too much sodium in the mix and burned my grass but he said he can give me free roto tilling in the fall and as much seed as I needed in June 2023. He pleaded with me to stay with them.In early June 2024, a different tech came to apply grub control and weed control. Two days later, I see my grass starting to yellow in patches in the front, on the tree lawns in front of my house and the **************** side of my house and the backyard. I was worried that they were doing this in the heat. We were going through a bad heat spell. My grass started yellowing and I have huge patches in my grass that have been completely dead for 2 months. They want to say it was a fungus. I asked for a supervisor to come out this year and they didn&#**;t send one. They sent ****** who was not a supervisor came out and he took pictures, walked every bit of my grass and said this is not a fungus. ****** told me that someone would call me and he said I was right, this is not a fungus. I told him I would like a check for the money I spent for this growing season because everything has been wrecked by the application that was done in early June 2024. For 3 weeks I haven&#**;t heard from them. Today, I talked to *****, a supervisor, and she said they gave me a free treatment at the time. She said this is not our fault because it was a fungus and I would not be refunded. I would like my money refunded for this season&#**;s work.

    On 06/20/2024 we received a call stating there was a concern the was burnt with fertilizer and needed to inspect. Once the inspection was complete it was determined the lawn had Brown ***** Fungus, which causes a rash like discoloration unevenly throughout parts of the lawn. We use a 65% slow release fertilizer that is coated to time release and slowly dissolve over a 6-8 week period. The Senior Technician was quickly able to determine it was not fertilizer burn due to two primary factors 1. there would have been a lot of fertilizer granules still present, because the application was applied on 06/11/2024 and 2. A burn damages all the grass in the area, not in a spotty rash formation with green grass still growing in and around the burned area. We tried explaining this ******. We eventually applied a fungicide to her lawn at no cost to help remedy the fungus.

    *************************wn service. Also, I told the girl on the telephone I would pay for the first weed control only and discontinue my lawn service. To date no one has been to my home. I am getting telephone calls constantly to pay the bill.I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. If the company completes its lawn weed control to my satisfaction, then I will pay the invoice. If not, I would like the company to stop harassing me. Additionally, I have had my grass cut twice and the weeds are growing. I have attached pictures of my lawn on the curb, edge and around my front door.

    Hello ******** - *********** that was applied to your property at ***************** on 02/29/2024 at 2:09pm was a 80% Slow Release Granular Fertilizer, which is our first round each season. Weed Control and Crabgrass Pre-Emergent is our second round. Your services were cancelled on 03/06/2024 after the first application of Fertilizer only was applied. We can not reapply an application that has not been done. I have attached a copy of the invoice for the only service that has been applied in the 2024 season. If you would like to sign back up, we would love the opportunity to address your weeds and get them under control.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Weedman continues to state they are a renewal services business, however I have never agreed to any services on my property for calendar year 2024. In every previous year that they have provided services on my property, I have preapproved those services in writing and even prepaid for those services. A non response to a letter to provide services is not a binding contract in the state of Missouri and the company should not have performed and charged me for services that were not agreed to in writing. I would like to expand to say no services were agreed to for calendar year 2024 orally as well. To clarify, weedman did not double bill me for these services, they have just sent the same invoice a second time to me in response to my direct reach out to them to cancel the invoice based on the aforementioned information. In short, I did not contract the company to provide services and therefore am not liable for such services under Missouri law. The invoice for services performed in 2024 needs to be canceled and the company should use this correspondence as evidence that I do not currently or in the future want the company to provide services to my address, whether or not they send me a letter or text with a non response in the future. Such letters and texts are and have been regarded as spam.

    We are a continuous company and do auto renew our services year after year. If at any point a customer wants to discontinue or modify their services, all they need to do is notify us. 2024 was ******************** 4th year in row renewing with Weed Man for fertilization and weed control services. We notified him 3 or more times as we do each year with his renewal letters (emailed and mailed) and leading up to the start of service and his first application of fertilizer being applied. ****** was sent a text message to his cell phone ************** on 02/27/2024 at 3:24 pm letting him know we would be out within 48 hours to apply his first round, which was completed on 02/29/2024 at 10:10 am. ****** did not contact us to close out his account until 03/01/2024 at 9:15 am which was after the application was already completed. In his complaint he states we billed him for 2 services. That is false. We only completed and billed the one invoice for the fertilization that was done on 02/29/2024. I have attached a standard renewal letter from us which very clearly outlines our renewal practices and I have uploaded a copy of the one invoice that is due.

    We do not require signed contracts and are Very transparent about our renewal practices. As stated, three years consecutively services were auto renewed. Yes, three years were prepaid for, but we do not require prepayment to perform our services, some clients prefer to pay as the services are rendered. As mentioned in our previous response, we even sent a text message stating we would be there to perform the renewed services and did not get a response until after the work had already been completed. Once we were notified on 03/01/2024, all future services were cancelled immediately. We do not feel we should write off the application of fertilizer that was applied on 02/29/2024 because we over communicated the renewal and that the service was going to be applied.

    I never contracted for services in 2024. Missouri law requires an agreement to exist for services to be rendered. A non response to an email, phone call or text message does not constitute a binding contract. Please cancel the invoice relating to the unapproved services.

    Hello, I spoke with ******************* Monday in regard to the damaged inground dog fence. I immediately offered to do what was necessary for the repair. He informed me he fixed it himself and that all he would require is for our company to replace the wire. He sent me the Amazon link for the product, I purchased it and it will be delivered to the home on Saturday.
