    I placed an order on subways mobile app 2 sub sandwiches. They acted like they never received the order. Then as the woman spoke to another man eating a sandwich and she was acting visibly upset. I got my phone showed her this was the correct location and was confused on what was going on. They asked me if I ordered from DoorDash and I was like no? I ordered from the app. Then they proceeded to tell me that someone had already came & picked up the order which was absolutely impossible because we were late bc my best friend got into a car accident and had to pick her up. I told them to run the cameras back bc they were mistaken. They refused to refund, the woman called her manager & HANDED me her phone and said her manager wanted to talk to me. Which i just felt like was so wrong & unprofessional. They refused to provide me a name or number. They wouldnt even tell me if the business was a franchise or a corporation. Subway is going down hill. THIS is why people prefer Jersey *****, *********************, or Penn Station bc the business *****.

    This particular complaint, there was a mix up and I was not there so I can't say.  The order was already picked up.  When she came in and I am taking the customer's side.   I told them to make her food and throw some extra cookies in the bag.  I told them to treat her nicely.  I am going to take the customer's side and I apologize and hope she gives us a chance again to serve her.
