Provide Service back in July 2022 for a porta potty services. There billing cycle is Mid of each month and they come on Fridays to service their unit. I had call prior in November and December because construction was about finished and we were working with the weather when we would actually be what month we would officially be done the lady stated that they could do a prorate if it wasn't a full billing cycle (month). just call and let us know. I called in Dec 22nd at 11:14 stating that January billable month (second week in January) would be the last service that I would need. I then received a text on the next day stating they got my note and that my services for January and that since they come on Fridays they would pick it up on February3 Nothing was said about an extra cost for waiting until Feb 3rd and they did not service the last two weeks in January (January 20th and 27th) I called re a bill questioning regarding billing and she wasn't aware of the service ending in Mid January and she would have to ask her boss. no call back and with in an hour a truck was here to pick it up Friday Feb 3rd. I called today February 7th and got a call back from a ****** and it didn't matter what I was trying to explain that the additional bill I was being charged in the amount $24.50 for the last two weeks in January. He was RIGHT and I was in the wrong and it didn't matter what I was trying to explain. I have paid my bill of $24.50 that he says I owe because I felt intimated by him especially when he said I deal with people like you all the time. which I took as a threat.
