    A lot of roofing companies were coming up to my door after the May 26, 2024 hailstorm, offering to put a roof on my house. It was clear from the street that we had gotten the worst Mother Nature has to offer. I turned nearly every company away for one reason or another until I met **** from ********************************** LLC.Professional and clean cut, these guys gave me peace of mind about the whole process. I checked their BBB rating (A+) while **** was on my roof performing his inspection. The company gave me options from shingles and siding to gutters. ****'s suggestion to increase my downspouts and gutters to 6 inches has really helped Move water away from my foundation which I appreciated. **** even got my AC unit replaced for just my deductible on top of everything else.********************************** LLC immediately ordered my materials after the ******************** adjuster agreed with ***** initial assessment. In the end My wife and I got a new roof, siding, gutters, AC unit. The whole process took just over 2 weeks.     Prompt and professional is a great way to sum up the exceptional service we were provided through Cox Roofing. *** came out and advised us on what we needed and flawlessly executed the project quickly. Our roof was put on and cleaned up within a day and the whole crew were very kind and professional on site as well. *** gets a gold star for communication and exceeded our expectations. Thank you guys so much for making what could have been a burden, a blessing!

    Our experience with this roofing company was poor from the first stage to the end of the project with the owner not willing to listen to the customer on the issues with the guttering company that they recommended us to use. > ***************** that THEY RECOMMENDED, would not put caps on the end of our guttering, causing the waters to push up under the shingles and lifting them > Had smoke coming into our home due to their workers using an electric grill on our front porch to cook their lunch. (had porch area taped off and employees cut tape to eat their lunch)> Left hundreds of nails all over our entry ways and driveway causing a flat tire. (when asked to please clean up nails, was told they do not until very last day of project)The owner of the roofing *** would not respond to our calls, so we finally emailed him and he left us a very unprofessional response. His response was as follows:He told us it was the correct way to keep caps off the end of gutters and blamed us for interfering with the guttering *** when we ask them to fix them with the caps on. When the guttering *** refused to fix them, the owner of the roofing *** blamed us instead of the guttering *** refusal to return. The owner never looked at the work but chose to look at pictures from his employee. The owner said he didnt want to get in the middle of his employees and his customers.He chose to totally ignore the evidence of damage to our property and the poor workmanship of his subcontractor.We had to have another guttering company come out to fix the guttering and they told ** the way that the guttering company put them on was the way they use to do it in the 80s. We also had to pay extra to get them fixed the correct way due to the roofing companys rep. said they will not pay but a small portion to have it corrected. We talked with neighbors since this project and received responses with them having some of the same issues. We made the mistake of going by their advertisements.
