      Butler abstract and title company of Bates county, inc. repeatedly and intentionally stalled closing my real-estate contract, every excuse possible, first they oddly included wrong legal description of property not what was provided to them with our contract, then claimed couldn't correct paperwork that day they had to pick dog up at groomer, another officer said couldn't she had to pick up child at day care... then quickly and with out my knowledge, me believing my closing was rescheduled again but they canceled it again on 2/15/24, and informed they now were not completing our closing then. Seller and buyer communications indicated having to find another title co to complete our contract despite title co knew seller was desperate for money to pay a pawn shop off and they agreed to have this closing completed 2/15/24... but then they failed that too. Later when believed seller deciding on new title co to complete our transaction, after 2/21/24 email informed they not completing it now, I was informed same title co officer had deeded the property I have contract to purchase to someone else. The Escrow money, $11,987.47 cashiers check made to Butler abstract and title co for my closing 2/15/24, that they cancelled closing same day, later was redeposited to my bank. I tried from beginning of problems to contact title co owner by email when first closing was intentionally stalled and I felt situation highly peculiar. But have only been treated offensively rude by title co staff and completely ignored by email to owner when questioned their closing document errors.
