    In April of 2021, the company, through *********************, contracted to install a septic system at a recreational cabin under construction in ****** **. ************ took my check for $4,100 in down payment, in order to "buy the materials before the prices went up." ************ has also signed on through the County as the septic system installer and provider at the time permits were issued. I have been trying for months to get him to complete the installation. He rarely answers calls. When calls are returned he gives various excuses why my project hasn't been done. Despite having taken a substantial down-payment, ostensibly to purchase parts and materials, one of the excuses was that a tank was not "available." A hole has eventually been excavated, and a concrete tank dropped into the hole a few weeks ago. I have been assured several times, before and since, that my project is "next" or my project will be completed "next week" or in "a couple of weeks." Last week, ************ again assured me he would complete the installation this week. He is again not responding to calls or texts today. I am concerned that I have paid for materials that have not been purchased. I am also concerned that it is now over 18 months since I've paid ************, and I do not have any reliable indication of when or if the project will be completed per the submitted and approved plans. My building permits have been extended once, and will expire in a few weeks.

    Ross Contractors has worked with ************** to resolve this issue.  The job is being completed and ************** is now satisfied with the resolution. We at Ross Contractors apologize to ************** for any misunderstanding or time he has had to wait for the job to be completed. We strive to keep our customers happy but can't always control outside circumstances.
