    Early in February 2024, I brought my car to Morris Autobody in *********, **. I had bought it from someone else who had wrecked it, and they said over time they would fix it with how we paid in. They said that they would fix and paint my car initially. They went as far as I pulled the core support forward and fixed the fender -quote. Before I needed to buy a bumper which took awhile. We had bought old parts because he told me he couldnt get any. Which is, what I should have known? A lie. We paid over $1000 and I never got a receipt for it. I guess it was never put in. I bought a bumper in summer of 2024 and then he received it and had the green light to finish the job. I wasnt the primary communicator, but I told my, now ex that I could even pay him even more to get started sooner. It went from next friday, to not awhile, to NEVER, come get your car. He failed to tell me he let my battery die, which required me to buy a $75 battery charger to let it charge for 3 days. Then, on top of it, he let his buddys roll into my car and broke my other headlight and failed to tell me, hoping I wouldnt notice or something. He agreed to pay me for the damages in Nov 2024. Then January 31 I contacted him again requesting the money and he only offered CashApp (I dont have?? What kind of business is this?) He also kept the other headlight I had already purchased, after asking business hours and when I could get it, I was ignored and have not received it back. Im seeking refund for that headlight and repair, the broken headlight, and the battery.

    The battery was charged, no issues with it. I never did business with her, I only communicated with her boyfriend ****** who brought the car in, I informed him the cost would be $500 he only gave me $150 and never came back, I never receive any other monies, the car stayed on my lot for 6 months before she picked it up by a tow truck. the car was drivable, the headlight is still at my shop and she can pick it up. No refund will be provided.
