I paid for 10 sauna visits $113 for *** disorder. Owner said sauna was broke month of feb. i used one of 10 visits I purchased. $113 was the purchase price. I asked for a refund due to sauna not available for a month. I was denied. When i bought package i was not told of no refund. Owner ******* ******** now is ignoring my request for refund.

    Business Response

The customer did contact me about a refund, because she stated that she  is not coming to California as frequently as she use to.  I informed the customer that I would have to think about the refund, because I have never had this happen before.  The amount of $130.00 is questionable because I do not have anything for that price.  Upon review I did sale her a package of 10 for $100. 00 and she had used one.  She is now stating that she wants her money because my sauna is now broken, but her first request was she was not coming to town as frequently.  I never told her I would not give her a refund and I never denied a refund.  I merely have not had a chance to respond to her.  I work alone and have a full schedule everyday.  I did leave a message for her today that I would honor store credit in the remaining amount of $80.00 as one sauna visit is $20.00.  I have not heard back from her yet.
