    ********** designed and installed a new Econolift boat lift in October of 2021. Since then, the lift has failed three times, damaging my boat structurally and cosmetically. The owner, *********************, is in disbelief that a failure is possible, each time guaranteeing that it could not happen again. Once, when the lift failed, the dock line feeder they installed flew past my wife's head, nearly decapitating her. In an effort to support a local business, I've patiently worked with them through the first two failures. I can no longer trust my boat and the safety of my family to the workmanship of ********** and ****. I need to replace the 18-month-old lift with a proven lift system, hydra hoist, and work with a competent installation organization. All the fun in our family's boating has been destroyed.
