    ******* installed my new system August 2020. I have had numerous problems with the system over the last three years. One service call I was told the repairs would "only" be $100. I receive an invoice for $200. I told ******* I would pay the bill because I wanted them to be my long term repair dealer. This is my big problem: in AC mode the inside unit was soaking the filter and there was RUST all over the filter. They sent a service technician who said the problem was solved. I recently replaced the filter and the problem is still there. I emailed ******* explaining the problem. I was told to contact them to schedule an appointment. I sent a follow up email asking if there would be a charge. ******* STOPPED replying to my emails. What was wrong with asking if there was a charge?I contacted ********** asking if they could help me; maybe have their local Company Rep act as go-between. ***** said they would have the dealer reach out to me, but there would be NOTHING they could do to help me.******* AGAIN DID NOT CONTACT **** strongly recommend you find a different HVAC company to work with!I guess if I held out a blank check ******* would have been happy to work with me. I guess ******* doesn't care about keeping a Happy Customer Base. I STRONGLY recommend you take your HVAC requirements and service needs elsewhere.As for ***** Systems. They care more about their dealers than their customers. I have bought my LAST ***** system. I will look for a different manufacture in the future.

    My elderly in laws at the lake called for an ac check. The tech said he cant get R22 and said they just need a new system. The estimate was almost 10k. Fortunately, my in laws arent senile or rich so they questioned him. he dropped the price about **** and said he could ADD A FEW POUNDS TO GET THEM BY while they waited for a new system??The called ********** and it was only **** for a pump down with stop ***************** guys have a good rating and theyve been around for a long time but buyer beware (still considering calling **** of health and senior services on these people????)
