    I went to take a motorcycle course to get my license. I past written test when it came to riding portion the motorcycle was not running correctly. The clutch was duck tape my glove was sticking to it and the rpm had to be up so the bike would run. The rpms being high caused the bike to jump and be very dangerous. The bike was not maintained at all and trying to do the course the bike popped a small wheely and too me towards ***** I was terrified to ride bike and they would not give me a different one. So on that note i failed driving test. I pd $300.00 i asked for refund or let me take driving portion on a different bike. The school said we do not do refunds and no on taking riding portion again on different bike. I feel with the bike not working properly I was set up for failure and I told the instructor that and they said deal with it.

    Lake Career & Technical Center (LCTC) only serves as the location for this Basic Riding Course but the course itself is taught by  **************************** instructors. It clearly states on the **** website and all enrollment forms that **** does not issue refunds. Records from this complaint state that Ms. ****** passed the knowledge evaluation portion but failed the skills evaluation on her first attempt on August ***** due to Ms. ******** lack of required skill. The instructor indicated that Ms. ******** bike needed the idle and choke adjusted on that day of skill evaluation but there was no other concerns about the bike and her failure had nothing to do with a bike malfunction. The instructor offered for Ms. ****** to come back on August ***** to retake the skills evaluation and she failed again. There was nothing indicated in the report from the instructor that the bike had malfunctioned. Participants are required to test on the same bike each time according to the ****************************. All bikes are thoroughly inspected and maintained by a trained mechanic that is also MSF certified before and after each course.
