    Scotts disposal is a trash service that disposes trash for a monthly fee of 25$ the month of December 2023 for three out of four weeks I couldn't get them to pick up my trash and was forced to deal with it myself. The month of February 2024 I can't get my trash picked up by them and it's the 23rd. I reach out but the number goes to voice-mail and nobody calls you back. Today on the 23rd I received a text message showing a truck with its tires hanging off a **** and a message saying I won't be getting service again this week. I tried asking for a discount but received another message claiming I can go somewhere else. This is not how a disposal service should work I can't keep paying them for a service I don't get now I'm stuck with weeks of trash from a family of six people.

    Concerning customer complaint  ID ********

    Scott’s Greenworks and Disposal cannot find record of a service agreement with Mr. *******.  He has contacted our staff concerning trash pickup at *** ****** ***** ****, Macks Creek.  Our records indicate that trash was picked up at that address on December 4th, 11th, 18th, and 26th.  This would represent every Monday for December, with the exception of Christmas day.  Christmas Day routes were rescheduled to the 26th to allow employees to spend the day with their families.

    Pick up service at this address was conducted on January 2nd,  8th, 14th, 24th, and 29th.  We did miss the route on January 15th due to hazardous weather conditions.  January 22nd service was postponed due to hazardous **** and weather conditions.  We attempted to run that route on the 23rd, but were unable to navigate the lake ****s, without wrecker assistance.  Out of concern for our employees, and the general public, we cancelled that day.  We were able to make the route on Wednesday the 24th.  All information regarding delays and postponements had been posted on social media. 
    Our industry does not reimburse for weather related issues.  We did contact the customer on record (********* *******) at this address on Tuesday the 30th, to inquire about the future of her business relationship with us.  She replied back the following day, stating that she did indeed want to continue service.
