    January 23, 2025-I called seeking assistance with my heating unit which was not consistently producing warm air. January 28- A ********** arrived to diagnose the issue. He disable my unit by cutting electrical wires and claimed that the switch needed replaced. He said he needed to order the part and would return the next day.Upon calling for a confirmation of arrival time, I was told that the part would not arrive until February 3rd at the earliest and no guarantee on when ********** would come back for install. I cancelled the appointment at that time.I called a different company and the ********** discovered there was no problem with the switch, just ice around the roof exhaust. The ********** did have to repair all the wiring that was cut by the Campen/***** **********.March 7th- I received a bill from Campen/***** for the service call.March 14- I sent a written request for a revaluation of the invoice since the problem was misdiagnosed and damage was done to my heating unit by their **********. Their labor cost is also not in line with other **********s in the area as evidenced by the bill for the second ********** being significantly lower for more comprehensive service.March 24- I received a written reply stating they would not adjust the invoice claiming they should actually have charged more by including a restocking fee for the switch.
