    A representative from Budget Blinds visited my home to take measurements and provide a quote, promising installation in three weeks, I paid a 50% deposit of $1,627.50 but has not received any updates or the blinds after the promised timeframe. this has been since December 2024, I have been given excuses regarding back orders, it has been almost 90 days and no supplies or work has been done, just excuses and at this point am no longer wanting to move forward with the business and would like a full refund.

    Worst customer service ever! Appointment was made for the lady to arrive at 11 for consultation, and I requested that she call before she left the office (I live in a mother-in-law’s apartment with a rear entrance, and I wanted to be sure to meet the consultant when she arrived. At 11:30, there was no call, so I called the office and was told she’d just left. I asked for an estimated time of arrival; receptionist was rude and said she couldn’t give me that. I reminded her that I had requested a phone call before she left; she said “well, she’s already gone.” I told her to call the other lady on her cell and have her call me. She did; the lady indicated that she had not yet left the parking lot, didn’t have my address in her gps, and had no idea when she’d get here. I asked her to enter it and call me back. She came — about 50 min late — unprepared for the consultation but we finally got through the process. I eventually ordered 3 blinds for a large window. On installation date, both ladies arrived — late again. I was trying to get some work done on my laptop and told them I’d just keep working. One lady actually came over and tried to see my computer screen! They talked to me non-stop and asked about things that were none of their business. I gave very brief, noncommittal responses. When they finished, I did not that the blinds were hung so close to the front of the window and asked if they could be moved. She said “yes, of course, but not today”. I called to schedule that appoint and to tell them one of the valances did not at all lay in the bracket like the other two. No return call; I called 2 days later; she finally called 4 days after the first call and proceeded to yammer on about their personal issues and why they didn’t call back. She said there would be a $150 charge — never mentioned before — to move the blinds. She raised her voice to me, continually interrupted me, etc. HORRIBLE customer service, the 2 owners/workers are very rude!
