      What a bunch of ***********. I am a designer. I ordered Paris Texas rods from ************* with a custom finish. Not only was the staff horrible and rude, but the rods came in damaged with scratches on them. Instead of insisting on new rods because it would take months, I asked if they could supply me with with the finish that was ordered so my ****** could maybe correct the starches. ******** in hardware said yes and sent me the finish paint, but not without charging me for it. When the finish paint was received it was the wrong color. I called ********* at ************* and explained this to her, and instead of just sending me the right finish after I spent a lot of money ordering the rods she actually had the nerve to charge me again for the right color. This time it was sent to the wrong address after confirming with her what address she should send it to and it laid on someone's door step for 3 days before I was lucky enough to get it and I don't know at this point if the paint is even good after sitting in 90+ heat we're having. Horrible, horrible people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.
