    WORST experience ever!On Dec.28th found gray,GamePlan by ******.We really liked it but was told that was the LAST one they had and that model was discontinued.We look over it and let them run our info and decide to take it,since it was the LAST one and really liked it.They delivered it the next Sat, a cushion on the couch had about a 4 inch cut ,wasn't there when we signed the papers and we was afraid that it would go thru.Warehouse manager told them to bring it back.We weren't called by the store manager to say what was the next step,so we called her.She explained to us it was"BUY AS IS"and that there wasn't a 30 day return and if we decided against it, it was a 25% restock fee which was $1,600!We asked her could they not go ahead and give us that amount of credit for the store and us pick out something else.On their website was Game Plan by ****** Furniture in the brown,our salesman NEVER told us that only DISCONTINUED set!I call the store manager,ask about this set in the brown they ordered it.We go by there one day checking on it,the salesman was at the end of the counter from us and kept his back to us the whole time!I told them" I called the salesman name and said he NEVER offered that in a another color, he said it was discontinued,they won't answer our calls and they went ahead and turned the contract in so in order for us to keep our good credit,we had to make payments on something that we didn't even have.They NEVER took accountability for their worker's error, NOT ONCE!! They even tried to tell us it was like that when we purchased it, WRONG,I took pics of the whole set so I could see how it would match everything in our livingroom and that cut WAS NOT in the pic.When they had tried to tell us it was a"BUY AS IS the salesman had already told us it came with a year warranty!On the papers on the furniture today,it comes with a year warranty and 5 year on motors and structure.We have made 2 payments on our furniture we just got today fixing to make the 3rd

    Im sorry for your frustration. We do did offer you an exchange and we waived the fee. We ordered the other color option for you but this was a popular item that was delayed. We did have several other items in stock to take home that day however we did explain this item would take awhile and that the financing does start from the j initial delivery. There was no additional fees and you were given a special promotional rate. We are sorry we didnt meet your expectations.

    Great company, honest people with great prices. We had a major problem at *************** do not go there save yourself and go to Simple Home Plus, they have the best selection and the lowest prices compared to everyone else.

    By far the worst purchase experience ever. I was very displeased with customer service and the quality of merchandise. I purchased a $1300+ mattress (memory foam). When the installer left it was flat and not even an hour later when it expanded I saw a huge hole on the side. I contacted the store immediately and they kept giving me the run around. I asked for a refund and of course same as most places mattresses cannot be returned. I reached out for several days and went back and forth with a rep and finally management. They told me I could pay the scheduling fee for someone to come out and sew the hole and they would cover the charge to have it sewn. A $1300 mattress!!!!! I don't know a single consumer who would be ok with receiving an item in less than excellent condition after spending that much money. If I purchased it as used or it was sold "as is" I would have nothing to say but that wasn't the case. The installers could have ripped it but either way the whole situation was mishandled. I would like to report them to any and every organization/group possible. AWFUL SERVICE

    **** and ***** **** are running a shady business. My parents have been going through a nightmare trying to buy a table and chairs. My mom told the young guy working in the Perryville store that she didn't want to buy it anymore but he said she had to because he already put the transaction through. Now they're saying she has to pay $500 to back out, all while having nothing to show for it. The manager even asked my mother "Can you even read?" At one point. What a despicable business. Do not do business with them.

    Im so sorry youre having issues but this claim is completely not the full story or accurate. First off the owners listed below did not help make the sale to your parents, they employ people that they pay to assist and follow company policy and procedures. After reviewing company security cameras, text and recorded calls, it has been determined that the sale was done as a customer pickup, a few days later the buyer wanted free delivery of which we do have a fee for that to help recover cost of fuel and labor. Our team members were yelled at because they could not provide free delivery. The items purchased were clearance items and it clearly states orders can not be canceled and all sales are final. We have tried to work with the guest to help with there concerns but now they are wanting more and more and just being unreasonable. We do ask you to please reconsider your review as it truly isnt fair to the whole team and not the full story. Thank you so much as we completely care about providing all our customers the best experience possible.
