June 17, 2025 Ms. ***** ******* is the commensurate insurance professional: a careful listener, efficient, detail oriented & always willing to go the extra mile. She is an excellent agent who I strongly recommend.Going on to ******** and needing a ******** Supplement Plan, Drug Plan and *************** Plan felt like it would require a lot of decisions; ***** made great suggestions and always patiently answered my many questions.Even though I was pretty certain that a ******** Advantage Plan was not going to be a good option for me, to help satisfy the curiosity of a good friend, ***** put together some plan details and numbers for me to review. The out-of-pocket maximums are quite high where I live. In the midst of being thorough and efficient, ***** is always polite. And her manners and communication skills are exceptional.I cant say enough good things about *****! I recently retired and needed help navigating ******** as I moved off of a Company-provided plan and *****. TIG helped greatly with the process finding me comparable coverage through a ******** Supplemental plan at a significant savings to COBRA. TIG took the time to learn about my wife's health challenges (25-year cancer survivor) to ensure that the recommended solution truly fit her and our needs. I am impressed with the personal touch TIG provides. ******* spent well over an hour of unhurried conversation with me. He was clear and precise with ******** details and options, but also gives you insight into his upbringing.
