    The company cashed my 18000 down payment without my knowledge and with out me signing paperwork to order home and now I’m have an issue wit my refund and I have copy we’re it was supposed to be processed on 9/6/22

    We received a deposit from ******** ******** ******** *** ********* ******* ****. It was sent to us as a deposit for a new home the consumer decided to purchase from our dealership. After several weeks the consumer notified us that she wanted the deposit returned to her. She had decided to purchase a home at another dealership and wanted the funds the ******** ******** ******** * ********* ******* **** had sent to us mailed directly to her. 

    This request seemed very unusual. The officer of the company that authorizes and signs off and approves refunds was on vacation and was scheduled to return the week of 9/26/2022. The consumer was made aware of this. 

    We in turn received a call from the ******** * ********* ******* **** to not issue a refund directly to ******** *******. We were instructed to mail the deposit back to them. We were advised that we would receive a letter with those instructions. The ****** further stated if she wanted to purchase a different home she would have to come back to their office and submit a new application but was in NO WAY was she to receive the funds mailed to us directly as she was requesting.  

    The deposit was mailed certified/return receipt to ******** ******** ******** *** ********* ******* **** on September 27th, 2022 after the officer of the company returned and approved the refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:this is so not tru at all 1st off I never want my refund sent directly to me that a lie and they no that and the truth is my check could have came to I choose to have it sent back to ****** from my Union because i thought that would speed up the process and the truth is my check refund could have came to me ****** said once my funds were released they are mine you can call to confirm that ************ I chose to have my refund sent back to my annuity and I never decided on no home wit Monty’s I’ve been to ** ****** ***** ***** I’ve been to *******’s in KY I’ve been to ******* **** as well I was undecided but part of my approval was to prove my down payment and that what I down y’all took it upon yourself to jump the gun and cash my check on August 23,2022 and I didn’t get final approval till August 30,2022
