    Report to John Sinclair nissan for preventing disablity people to have a trade in on used vechiles. I really dont care about negative equitity . They refused to let me do business no matter what the deposit is. I am deaf and i feel violated . I need a transporation on what i want , not what THEY WANT. Get a life. Discrimmation , teasing , play in the job . I cant even get a car for trade in with deposit money . This is immature. Posting this and ********** of ****** They just want money money money money money . Quess what they are warranted dealership with free parts when you want to have warranty covered and they still make profit no matter what . ( shocking )

    ****** first asked if we could do in house financing on a pre owned vehicle. ************************* is trying to trade in her ****** that ***************** $16,000 and the value was around $6,000. We explained to ****** that the pre owned vehicle she was trying to purchase would not work because the negative equity or she would need a down payment. However ****** would need to fill out a credit application to proceed and see what the lend says. We offered to try to see if a new vehicle would work, since new vehicle have rebates and special financing. ****** did not want to go that route. We are currently at a stand still because she has not filled a credit application out to proceed forward in the process. ****** was supposed to fill the credit application out online. We are happy to help but cannot help ****** obtain financing without ****** filling a credit application out.

    We still have not received a response if ****** wanted to fill a credit application out and try to purchase a vehicle. John Sinclair Nissan is willing to help, however we would need a credit application to move forward in obtaining financing.
