    I myself and multiple other families have had issues with this company. Last year we rented one of these water slides for over $500. When the business dropped it off and hooked it up, water leaked so bad out of the top of the slide, that no water even made it down the slide, so the children couldnt even play or slide. I tried fixing this for over an hour with no luck. I called this business and asked for a partial refund or anyone to help me out. She mentioned I could get a free rental. I set up a date, she told me she would be on vacation and there was nothing she could do. I shook it off since it was starting to get cold outside and end of summer. Messaged her a few weeks ago and asked if now would be a good time. She said no she will not honor anything. I made a ******** post about this and have had multiple others reach out to me about similar situations with this company. The owners name is ******** ********. She has been horrible to deal with. I feel like I have been ripped off $500 and there is nothing I can do about it.

    Mr ****** is lying.  He attempted to extort a free rental from us by threatening to ruin our business with ****** reviews.  We denied the free rental, and he is doing just that, trying to ruin our business.  I thought this was over last week after he left 19 1 star ****** reviews in less than 24 hours, as well as contacted the Better Business Bureau, but hes at it again this week and has left 2 more 1 star reviews after ****** removed most of the other ones for spam.  I guess Im going to have to file harassment charges.
