May 2024 my 89 yr. Old father used New Beginnings estate sale/ Pro 100 Realator ******* ********, Carthage Mo. my father was given a check for $1900. As the profit from his estate sale. My fathers home was full of antiques and collectible's. New Beginnings contract stated his profit would be 35%. My father chose to keep the lawn mower, refrigerator and the washer and dryer. The contract stated we would receive an invoice for the sale price of each item sold and a total profit of those items. We did not receive an invoice or any paper work showing the profit from the sale. The home sold as ******* had started the process of my fathers estate sale as the sale of the home fell through ******* Proceeded to tell us that the contents of my fathers home was not worth anything. The home had a second buyer come in that wanted to close the sale faster than planned putting ******* in an urgent need to move our sale up to clean out the contents of the home. He backed us in a corner at this time stating he would be taking 50% of my fathers estate sale and added on charges for hauling off and never had the home professionally cleaned as promised. My father was not allowed according to his contract to attend the sale. Neighbors claim the sale had a large turnout and buyers were leaving with truckloads of my fathers estate sale. ******* listed my fathers property with pro 100 with the full contents of my dads home then claimed it was a low volume sale at the end of the first day of the sale. We went over to my fathers home after the first day of the sale with a large volume of the contents gone at full price with very little left to sell at 50% off on the 2nd day. We are asking for the invoice for the items sold and the price received for those items as promised in his contract with the 65% profits as promised as stated on the signed contract.
