    We hired this company and its owner, ***, to re-finish our ****** gallon swimming pool, plus a hot tub and resurfacing to a water fountain feature. He agreed to refinish the surface of the pool and ensure no leaking post application of resurfacing. He was paid $16,200 up front with the second half being done at project completion. He was a no call no show 6 total days of the job, started the project late and the finished project will now cost us greater than 100k to have taken out and repaired and refinished. He left trash everywhere, admitted to having inexperienced workers, and tore up drains in the concrete that were not in the contract then did not replace them!He showed up very unprofessionally on a Sunday, with his entire family to ask to be paid the second half. When we were shocked that he showed up asking for money, we informed him that there was no way that the pool or anything else was completed in an acceptable, professional manner. He then threatens to drill a hole in the bottle of the pool if we refused to pay. He also stated I dont know why you even care, when you put water in it, no one will see it! He has completely DESTROYED our pool!He never even pressure tested the pool for leaks! To say he is a HORRIBLE person, an unprofessional and belligerent is an understatement. Please help protect others from this awful con artist!

    The company owner contacted me and said he heard from the BBB and that he wanted payment or he was going to "repossess his product".  Said product is a damaged and out of legal safety code pool that he ruined.  I suppose we will have to move to mediation and or suit.
