    We hired in February of 2022 to remodel our attic and turn it into a bedroom and bathroom. upon completion the shower that was put in was leaking. Backyard Handyman services came back but didn't fix the issue. they had to cut holes in the celling below that has never been replaced. We ending up have a plumber to come out an fix the issue (which we paid for) on 5/21/2022 another contract was drawn up to complete a bathroom remodel and add stairs to the front porch. Work was supposed to start in July 2022. Backyard Handyman services always had an excuse why it would get delayed. on October 20th 2022 he sent a message and stated we were the next job in line. On November 8th i told him i need the front steps done before Thanksgiving as the work was still not done. He sent his crew over to do the stairs, however the job is still incomplete as i have holes in my siding they were supposed to patch up. On January 9th 2023 i requested my money back as he was unable to complete the job since July 2022. however i payed him 2,800.00 for the job. He said he would send me the money and now won't respond to my text or ******** messages. All i want is my 2800.00 back as i now have to pay someone else to do it and fix the stuff he said he would fix. There is now also a gap in the wall that he built.

    I am rejecting this response because:  the amount of money received is not enough to cover damages that where created by backyard handyman services. Work was left incomplete. And nothing was resolved I only received 1900 out of the 2800 I requested back as there are damages I have to pay for to have someone else fix it.

    i mean you requested money back from the 2800 minus the cost of the cost of the front porch stuff anf thats what i gave back. i came back to fix the plumbinf and last i was told it was fixed up untill you got upset cause how long it was taken but i explained what was going on alot of ppl had to wait because of my workers not doing what they were suppose to do so had to fire all them and then i had a broken ankle and had surgery and still dealing with more because now i have muscles and lengitments tore that hold my hip in place so theres only so much i can do. i gave your money back i sorry you couldnt wait and that we couldnt get it done fast enough for you, but i did send you the money back that you requested
