    On March 18, 2024 ********************** gave us a quote to add 3inch asphalt driveway-Approx 4500 Sq Feet, with a 5 year warranty- under the company name of STL Asphalt Experts (one of many names for this company...there is also DFW Asphalt Pros, Lonestar Asphalt, M&J Asphalt, J&M Seal Coating, Texas Asphalt, **********************, M&M Asphalt Paving, Mapco Asphalt Paving, J&R Chip Seal, ****** Asphalt Paving, Permian Paving, TX Paving and Chip Seal, STL Asphalt Experts). He came the next day to complete the job. On March 25, ********************************************************************* the driveway asphalt collecting a ton of water and sent him pictures of the mistake-in addition to the driveway cracking all over. On April 3 after numerous times of calling and texting he told he he would have someone out that week to fix it. On April 16th I contacted him again via text asking when someone would be coming to fix it. No response. On April 23 he told me he had someone come look at it and he would be out soon. I told him I have cameras and no one came. He then hung up on me. On may 1st still avoiding us. My husband then got involved and wrote a bad review on their business page-which upset Mr. ********* He came the next day to resurface the whole driveway as even his 'superintendent' confirmed it was not 3 inches as we paid for. They finished half and said they would be back the next day. The next morning Mr. ******** said he wanted the reviews down. We stated we would take down the bad review once the job was complete. He told us he ran out of asphalt and it could be weeks before he got some. Never came back. Told us he wouldn't return because we threatened a law suit-which we only said of it wasn't completed obviously. We now have a half complete driveway, cracks everywhere after just a couple of months. He is out stealing peoples money and not following through with his contracts AT ALL or warranties. His business address is a RV park!! Please help!

    The work was completed, we never got a receipt or anything from him. I keep calling him and he just ignores us. When he comes on ********, I write that I am not satisfied with this company. I would like a copy of the receipt and a copy of the warranty.

    Date of asphalt was Oct 3, 2023 Paid cash in the amount of $12,000 Said they would be back in one month to seal it and never came Burned and melted our siding and said they would repair it or pay me the estimate cost which I provided them. There is also a large dip in the asphalt by the garage that collects water.************************* was the person who provided the service and was answering his phone until I mentioned small claims court and now his number is disconnected.

    I hired Stl asphalt experts to pave a driveway for me on April 4,2023. The work was not completed and the job looks like trash and unprofessional. The company asphalt over ********* city sidewalk in which should not did. I called company numerous time to have the issue fixed. *** been getting false promises and excuses for over a month and now the company stop answering calls and not returning messages Ive sent. I paid this company $9000, I would like the job to be repaired or a refund given so I can have it done correctly and by code
