      My son purchased a 2019 Ducati Super Sport Motorcycle with a Diamond warranty from *******, ********, ** in November of 2021. On January 2023, 2 days after performing scheduled oil change from the dealership, it broke down stranding him on his way to work, costing him over $600 to have it towed back to the dealership. At the dealership, the bike was torn down and a broken crankshaft was discovered and they recommended a new motor. This information was provided to Revolos whom requested further tear down of the bike. After the tear down was completed, Revolos sent an inspector who initially determined it was due to water intrusion and denied the claim. RideNow appealed and Revolos changed the discovery from water intrusion to low oil flow condition and denied the claim based on the low flow condition. The dealership stated to my son and Revolos there was sufficient oil flow and the damaged crankshaft was due to a defect, but was still denied. My son and I made several attempts to appeal this to Revolos; however, it fell on deaf ears as they will not accept the claim. All maintenance was performed by the dealership per manufacturer specifications and at no time was there any low flow condition noted by the dealership or any indication of any bearing failures, ie metal particles in the strainer or oil filter, but Revolos continues to deny the claim. This warranty company is a sham and a disgrace. No matter what information you provide to support your case, this company will deny responsibility. Buyer be aware, if you can get a warranty from another wi highly recommend it. I wish I would read these comments prior to purchasing the fraudulent Diamon Warranty from them!

      Apparently the main job of customer service is to give you the runaround and deny any claim. ****** warranty was several thousand dollars and now they refuse to cover an appliance. I wish I had read these reviews before we wasted the money, looks like the whole company is a scam.

      I have the platinum plan. Apparently nothing is covered for repairs and believe they've have intentionally worded their contracts to directly deceive the consumer. Going to seek arbitration and any other consumer protection avenue to uncover their disruptive practices. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only who feels this way. Skip this company at all costs.

      I had an electric failure that caused the car to stay on leading to the battery to fail. The electric failure was covered but the battery was not covered under a consequential damage clause. In other words, if one part fails and that part causes a dozen other parts to fail then only the first part that fails is covered. Do not get this warranty, it does not honor its claim to bring "peace of mind."

      Horrible service on all fronts. Bought a brand new camper from rv dealer and paid extra for the wheel and tire warranty. Within a month I had 2 tires blow out on me. Took forever to figure out who to get ahold of and when we did, well the service has been absolutely horrible. I have been trying for months to get reimbursed for my tires and have not had any luck. I sent in all the information that was asked of me and the individual that we are working with hardly ever responds. At one point a month went by before getting a response. Worst business and warranty I have ever purchased or dealt with.

      Diamond package covers nothing! Run!My husband bought this vehicle from a dealership in *******, ** and was sold a Diamond warranty plan. It was supposed to be a $0 deductible. Hes had the bike for less than a year and have been making payments even though he was only able to ride it for 3 months. He took it to Barneys of ***** and they informed him that Revolos is not covering any of the costs. They took his bike apart and want him to pay $7400 to get it fixed. I cant believe this is allowed to happen. No one is able to help from the dealership, to Revolos. He will have to call the bank to return this bike because the repairs are the same as he owes on the bike. What a terrible experience. We would never recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware!

      Absolutely the worst experience ever with this warranty company. We have been out of a car for 8 months now because this warranty company refuses to adhere to my diamond coverage policy which has a Essential powertrain coverage that includes the engine. I brought my 2018 **** Mustang Ecoboost to the **** dealership because it was experiencing a rod knock and was advised by the dealership tech that my car needed a new engine but when the dealership calls up the warranty company, they send an inspector which advised the dealership techs that the rod bearings only needed to be replaced and not a new engine. Dealership techs reiterated the fact that the engine needed to be replaced but the warranty company did not want to replace the engine so when the dealership did the work that was approved, the rod knock issue was not solved so again the dealership initiates a second claim stating that the engine needs to be replaced and that the work that the warranty company approved did not solve the problem. The warranty company then sends another inspector to verify the dealership techs diagnosis and now Revolos does not want to approve an engine replacement because supposedly the **** Dealership Tech did not write on the report that my engine needed to be replaced which is a complete lie. I do not understand why Revolos will sell me a warranty contract just for them to not adhere to the terms of the contract. I sent all of the required maintenance records and oil changes that was asked and even the the two inspectors that were sent verified that my car was within compliance of the terms of the contract. All of this could have been avoided if the first inspector wouldve listened to the **** Dealership Techs and approved an engine replacement but now Revolos is being extremely difficult and will not do anything else until the dealership sends them evidence that shows that the dealership told them that the engine needed to be replaced. This whole situation is unacceptable.
