We have received a certified letter from Mr. ******** stating that he "WILL PAY IN FULL IF REMOVED FROM CREDT REPORT IN 10 DAYS" also stated that he wants this in writing that we agree to his terms. Before we could respond to his letter, the same day we received a dispute through the credit bureaus. Both of these communications occurred on 8/24/23. We have since reached out to AIM Anesthesia and requested the validation information, which they provided to us today. This will be mailed tomorrow on 9/1/23. This is well within the time frame allotted to us as a collection agency. We have followed all CFPB rules and regulations in regards to this debt. His account was placed into collections by AIM Anesthesia, whom he is a patient of and who is our client, he does not need to have a contract with us to be in collection. If Mr. ******** gives us a call we are more than happy to help with this situation.Customer Answer

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:
I still stand behind that I do no owe this. However because of a personal matter I needed this removed from my credit report as soon as possible. The letter agreeing to pay outlined that, however they're response conveniently picked out parts of the letter and not of the whole thing. They never provided my signature acknowledging or agreeing to and of this. They just sent a billing statement. At this point it was paid and still has yet to be removed from my report. They first reported it on 8/15 to the bureaus. I would have thought it would be updated by 9/15, but it is now 9/18 and still no updates. When specifically will this be removed?
Sincerely,

A credit report from ******** told me I have an account for collection on February 15, 2023. The company that made the collection complaint was the national healthcare CO whose address is ***** ************ ******* ** ***** **** ************* ** ********** and the phone number is ************. I contacted that company about two weeks ago. The lady over the phone informed me that I have a **** **** * (collection) with a balance of $707. National Healthcare Co told me that the collection was made by a company name ********** ***********. But the national healthcare co don’t know or was unable to tell me what their charges were all about. Now how is this possible that this collection company was unable to tell me what the charges were all about? Before sending me derogatory information to the credit bureau. In this case ********. They only knew that was a two-year-old hospital bill. To make a long story short I don’t know this millennium's respiratory company or any of their services. So I think I deserve to know what this is all about. It is a lot of scams all over the place. I hope you will be able to help me concerning this case.Business Response

We did speak to Mr. *******. He stated that he had legal counsel and he would be mailing us a certified letter disputing this balance. We have received no letter. We are more than happy to request his detailed statement from ********** *********** *** *****. He has not previously requested this from us and this is not standard information that is provided to us without a direct request. I will get this information from the doctors office along with the verification of debt and will mail it to him at the address provided.
Thank you.

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:For start
National Helthcare collections LLC sent me to the credit bureau without any notice whatsoever. I learned of the report for collections by email from company that I subscribe to protect my credit. Then I call NHC LLC to find out what this is all about. They only told me that the collection was done by ********** *********** *** ****** At that point in time I didn’t knew what was all about. Then I recall that I have a two year old bill from ********** Physicians. I call the hospital and I find out that the bill was paid off. So I decide to call ********** Physicians (after I call NHC LLC and talk to ****) and then I call to find out what this claim was all about and if they can give me any information about it and I was told by the bill office that the bill was partially paid by the covid-19 CARES act but they ran out of money and was left unpaid by the amount of $707.43. ********** Physician told me that I don’t have to explain to me the bill the woman just told me to ****** and find out and I have to deal with the collections company, that they don’t have the need to explain to me anything. Now I must emphasize that the Covid-19 CARES Act the treasury provide $150 Billion Dollars for help with the pandemic. To make a long short two years ago when I first received the bill on 11/05/2021 (copy included) was several things wrong with this bill and the first thing is that the charge for $707.43 was dated 09/19/2021. Well I was not there on 9/19/2021. I was admitted in the hospital on 9/29/2021. I just was not there. They said was concerning critical care the first 30-74 minutes. That's not true. Then I left the hospital on 10/27/2021. I was transferred by ambulance to a rehab hospital on 10/28/2021. So finally the charge on 10/26 10/27 and 10/28 I was in another hospital for rehab named ********* ****** and I sent you a copy of the first day I was admitted in this hospital. $150 Billion is a lot of money. How come ********** Physicians doesn't have the date right. I conclude that they made it up. So that is why I don’t owe anything to ********** Physicians.
Kind Regards

The reason for this complaint, he says is that he was given no notice before credit reporting. He provided a letter attached that he received, he also states that he spoke to us. We also have record of more than one call with him. He was given the required notice. He has provided no proof that he was not treated by this Dr. He has provided a card that states a room was cleaned, this has no name of identifying information on it. If it did have his information on it, the fact that he was admitted to another hospital in October does not serve as proof that he was not admitted and cared for by Millennium in September. We have done everything in compliance with all credit reporting and collections regulations. We are happy to make payment arrangements with the complainant.Customer Answer

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: First of all Natinal Heathcare collections LLC has not provide me with the demand from ********* *********** at all. Still to this day they didn't provide the info. At this point I know that Mr.**** already made up his mind. He tried to confuse the whole thing. I demand from him the bill from ********* ***********. That is number one. Second I can not answer his demand becasue i don't know yet what ********* *********** is talking about like ********* didn't said where (or what hospital) thay provide that service to me. Second they must provide a date and third I must say (after talking over the phone with *********) that they already collect that money from a grant that was provided by the government COVID-19 CARES act. They say they still owe $707.43 because the fund ran out of money. The fund was more than a billion dollars to help with the pandemic. I must enhance the fact that National Healthcare LLC are twisting the facts over and over. **** didn't mention the fact that the date they provided I was not at the hospital at that time. I know what happen because I found out a two years old bill (that I provide) and not because **** sent me the detail at all. So he rush the info to the credit bureau without knowing what this bill was all about. That was illegal and immoral to said the least. I already contacted the hospital to solicitate exacltly the dates and who supposedly bring the medical service to me. I forward the form. I don't know exactly how long the hospital will take to respond in writing. In the mean time I just must say that the report to the credit bueru was premature without proof and again this is illegal. Finally the legal advice that I recive is no longer valid because lawyaers are expensive for me. So I change my proceed looking for help from the legislation becasue they have the power to check for ********* *********** potential fraud to the government but anyway I hope to resolve the problem throgh the BBB.Kind Regards

We apologize for the error on our part. While we did not receive Mail Return on this account, I did notice on the complaint that your apartment number was different from that we have on file. We have requested removal from the credit bureaus. We have also spoke to the complainant and let her know this has been done as well as sending her a new letter. This matter is resolved.
