      Terrible experience trying to get *** to do the work, a basic concrete walkway and front porch. Late to initial bid appointment, took 2 weeks to get me a ********** that I signed and returned the next day. I had to ask about scheduling since there was no contact for another 2 weeks after I signed. On the day work was to start, after another 2 weeks, didn't show citing family issues and said would contact me in a couple day. Next contact was another full month later saying wanted to reschedule, to which I declined and had already engaged another company. Lost all trust at that point, completely ruined my opportunity to get this done during some of the best late fall weather we've ever had. Some basic communication would have made things better. This seems like a one-person operation or dependent on one person, take that into account during your selection process.
