*** did a good job replacing our roof. Had an initial issue with some minor finishing and they came out promptly to fix it with no issue. Team did a good job cleaning up after themselves, which was appreciated with kids at home.

**** came out yesterday and repaired some damaged siding. He did a good job in the repair.I have to give AMP ********************************************* a terrible review. The company as a whole did a terrible job (everyone except **** wa a sub-contrsctor). *** did no quality control or inspection. They completely skipped over Facia work, thinking I would never notice. Now, the company I'm looking to do the fascia work, showed me many many problems with ***'s poor quality work and mistakes.I cannot and would NEVER recommend AMP Restoration and Roofing to amyone.BUYER BEWARE!!AMP Restoration and Roofing

Thank you Mr. ***** for giving us feedback, whether it is positive or negative, our client's feedback is always appreciated.To address the 1st issue, every single roofing contractor here in the ********* area of ******** uses sub-contractors because there is not enough work to go around all year long, let me explain. Most homeowners can't pay for a full roof replacement out of pocket and have to rely on insurance to pay for it, which means that the roofing industry as a whole relies heavily on hail and wind to damage roofs and hail typically occurs in the Spring and Summer. There are also hundreds of roofing companies here in ******** because we regularly get hail about once a year in this state, so competition is steep. All of this together means it is extremely hard for any roofing company in ******** to keep in-house contractors because there is not enough work to go around throughout the entire year.With regards to the second issue, you said, AMP did no quality control or inspection. That is not accurate because on April 10th you left us a 5 star review on ****** after **** had come by to do a repair, which proves we fix the mistakes of our crews (Quality Control) and before fixing our crews mistake, **** had to do an inspection to find the original problem that needed to be repaired and to see if it was possible the crew made a second mistake, since they made one already.Third issue, with regards to Fascia, your home insurance carrier, Progressive, refused to pay for any replacement Fascia on your home. We argued your case the best we could, but we cant force an insurance carrier to pay for something that they refuse to pay for. You were informed of this by the sales manager that was taking care of you and we offered to do that work along with the roof if you wanted to pay out of pocket for it. But we are a business and we are not going to do Fascia for free.Fourth & final issue, we are frankly not surprised that one of our competitors is badmouthing our quality of work, there are hundreds of roofing contractors here in ********, so competition is fierce. But I would ask that you compare and contrast our reputation, that you can easily find online with that of the other contractor that is bad mouthing us. We are confident, without even knowing the other contractors name, that our reputation is better than theirs. 1st AMP ********************************************* is a Master Elite Certified Contractor with GAF, which is the highest certification you can obtain and requires us to maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau to keep it. There are about 8-10 contractors that have this certification out of the hundreds that make their home here in **************. Of those Master Elite Contractors, only 4 have been awarded the ******************* Award and AMP is one of those 4! GAF is also the largest shingle manufacturer in *************, so their standards are very high. Ill reiterate that AMP is A+ rated with the BBB and we have 4.8/5 stars on ****** with over 250 reviews. No one is perfect, so if there is ever an issue, we fix it, our reputation backs that.Review fromMichael H

Initially, I was assured by the salesman that AMP would handle all aspects of the repair, including the roof, gutters, siding, and metals. While the roof and gutters were completed, I encountered significant issues with communication and follow-through regarding the siding and metal repairs.Despite multiple attempts to contact the salesman through phone calls and emails, I received no updates for several weeks. Eventually, I was informed via email that AMP does not complete work on metals or partial siding repairs, contrary to what was promised.Additionally, I requested an itemized invoice to clarify the total cost and any credits applied, but received only the original invoice I had already received. Frustrated by the lack of response and clarity, I paid the remaining balance in full, despite the unresolved issues.I was also promised certification of completion and warranty paperwork for the work done, but I have yet to receive any of these documents.While the roof and gutters were completed satisfactorily, the poor communication and failure to fulfill promises have left me highly disappointed. I will not be using AMPs services in the future and will not recommend your company based on this experience.AMP Restoration and Roofing

The salesman that was responsible for taking care of you is no longer with the company, We regret that this situation ever happened. Transparency and communication is our priority. Though what you said about Amp not completing work on metals is incorrect because your insurance carrier was unwilling to pay for the full replacement of your fascia and we won't perform a partial replacement/repair because we cannot warranty our work, the same goes for the siding.Review fromScott G

TOTALLY AMAZING! I had several roofers approach me about my missing shingles... the first one filing a claim which my insurance rejected. Long story but literally 1.5 years later, AMP finally came through and went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help me. My new roof looks great! The installers were great... the inspectors were thorough... ******* is a miracle worker! Hire AMP - you won't regret it! I'm always looking for a quality company like this... found one!AMP Restoration and Roofing
