    We had our new kitchen counters installed by StoneTrends. Installers were ****** and *****, they were absolutely outstanding. When we first went to look at the countertops. John was very helpful with directing us to something that we would be interested in and ****** was also very helpful in writing it up and getting it done. the jobs done now and we are 100% satisfied and would recommend Stone Trends to anyone looking to have any type of countertop work done.

    We went to Stone Trends based on a referral from a friend who used them for a large remodel. We ordered a Cambria hearth for our fireplace. **** was great to work with. After our initial visit we handled most of the rest via email. It was not a huge project but included some tricky angles and a mitred apron. They did a good job laying out the veining and the installation went smoothly. We have only had it for a couple of weeks but are very happy.

    We used to have Cambria countertops in our previous house and loved it, so decided to not only replace the countertops in our new house with Cambria, but also upgrade to their luxury and more expensive line as well. The disappointing part is that StoneTrends didnt deliver what they promised. They sent out the nesting diagram (the pattern of the veining) and we agreed upon their design. However, when they installed the countertops, the pattern didnt match the agreed upon design and the veining pattern is jarring and doesnt flow between the slabs. We tried so hard to have them own their mistake and fix the issue, but nope, they blamed it on the cut, the milling, and everything else, but being two inches off isnt due to the cut. Ill post the picture in my yelp review I took to show the difference between the design and how the countertops look, you be the judge! We just expected more from Cambria and their luxury line.

    Hello! My name is ****. Ive had the worst experience with Stone Trends! Im a contractor and have had them install stone on several of my jobs.The entire team over there is absolutely clueless about their own processes. I will start from the beginning. The first job they worked on was a bath vanity countertop install and a shower ledge stone piece. They install the stone and a couple weeks later I had the homeowner call about water damage on the bath ceiling downstairs below the bath that they had just installed the stone piece in. I went and looked at it and it was determined that the leak was caused from Stone Trends installer not properly sealing the edge under the stone where it met the tile and gave no warning or guidance about this issue whatsoever. So, I then had to go remove the shower glass (I just installed) so that their *************** could remove the stone and reinstall it. I had to tear out the entire ceiling in the bath below because of damaged/ruined drywall and repair install, finish, and paint the ceiling. I also had to renknstall the shower glass for the second time. The kicker is when they realized that they caused all this damage due to improper water proofing they said they would pay me no problem to repair the damage since it was their fault and the homeowner wanted me to do the work. I then fought with them for weeks after the job was completed about paying my invoice and they all pretended to not know what was going on the entire time. My wife has texts from her and **** discussing this so not sure how they could still act like they didnt know what we were talking about. A cabinet company actually had to pay my invoice for them, because they continued to give me the run around.These are dishonest and bad people.

    I apologize in advance for the late response to this review which was left by our dealer's contractor. Our customer in this instance was the kitchen and bath dealer. It is true that that our company installed shower pieces over bathroom substructures that were not properly waterproofed. Our company has been in business for over **************************************************************** practically all bathroom installations like this one, a membrane is installed by the contractor over areas that are susceptible to water exposure including shower seats and thresholds. In this particular instance, we proceeded with the installation against our better judgement even though the contractor had not done his job and installed any protective membrane. As a result, shower water found it's way underneath our product resulting in damage. I In order to remain in good standing with the dealer, we agreed to compensate the dealer (our customer) for the contractor's additional expenses involved in rectifying the situation. We do not feel entirely responsible for delays the contractor experienced getting reimbursed by our dealer, and based on our stellar ****** reviews, we definitely take issue with the contractors position that we are "dishonest and bad people".We continue to do business with this dealer, but have been told that the dealer no longer works with this contractor.
